HELL NO! They were the worst corn dog's I've ever had. Spongy, greasy and not even heated all the way through. I was thoroughly disappointed. Blech!!! I went to Derby City this weekend and decided to get a corndog, only because KC's was out of them. Well, I wish I hadn't. I knew the order was completed too fast and then I found out why. They microwave the corndogs! Yuck! My husband and I were both very disappointed, we were looking for fair corndog flavor and KC's at least fry theirs. KC's also has more topping options than DC and better prices. So if you like sponge covered hotdogs, then Derby City might be right for you, but I will stick with KC's. OMG! Food is good, they have chairs and tables outside for you to sit and get comfy. Great location, great food. Dogs should be a buck, buck and a half, 1/4lbs. maybe $2 or $2.5 a soda should cost no more than $1. and chips should only be $1. So there we go that's $4 for what you had by my reckoning. I mean I can go over to Cumberland and have a bison burger with fries for that price. For just double that I can go get a steak at Palermo.
